Brown Advisory needed help boosting the efficiency of their employees. The day to day activities required switching between several tools and platforms. This issue strongly affected morale and employees eventually took to their own methods for task management and client interaction. As a result, a lack of centralized information and need
for standardization grew.

Our solution was to develop a new CRM tool titled "Galileo". Galileo was designed to merge all the different systems and tools into one platform. We set out to provide a 360-degree view of client accounts with access to all important client account information. After months of researching and designing, the plans for Galileo were set in place. We created a 200+ page document detailing the framework and functionality of the app. We also delivered 2 Invision prototypes and a 150-page master document with visual designs and page level annotations.
